(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning and janitorial services to the government authority located in Bristol, NH. – Provide comprehensive cleaning and janitorial services at designated buildings.– The goal is to maintain safe, clean, sanitary, and presentable facilities for employees, residents, and visitors.– Regular Tasks• Empty all trash and recycle material; replace liners as needed.• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including stalls, fixtures, sinks, dispensers.• Restrooms must be fully stocked each cleaning day.• Clean and sanitize kitchenettes, counters, sinks, tables.• Clean glass entry doors, reception windows and high–touch surfaces.• Spot clean walls, partitions, and doors.• No noticeable dust accumulation longer than 7 days.– Weekly Tasks• Dust high surfaces (tops of cabinets, shelves).• Clean interior glass/windows reachable without special equipment.• Deep–clean and disinfect high–traffic or public–facing areas.• Remove cobwebs and debris from corners and common areas.– Specialty / As–Needed Services• Event cleanup at Historic Hall• Emergency/incident cleanup (response time expectations below).• Seasonal floor maintenance (waxing, stripping, sealing).• Snow/salt entryway mat cleaning and maintenance.– . Staffing & Security Requirements• All staff must pass a criminal background check before working in any facility.• Staff / Contractor must be uniformed or clearly identifiable.• Contractor must maintain adequate staffing to ensure consistent performance.• Substitute staff must be pre–approved.• Minimum training preferred (bloodborne pathogens, chemical handling)• Subcontracting is not allowed without written permission of agency.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
