(1) Vendor needs to provide litter abatement, outreach, and beautification program services.– Provide a comprehensive litter abatement, outreach, and beautification program that prevents and removes litter and graffiti; educates and engages the community on litter–related topics; promotes proper recycling and beautification efforts; and researches and implements best management practices for litter prevention.• Provide additional anti–litter information and educational materials to the community, such as social media campaigns, promotional materials, anti–litter slogans, public service announcements, and billboards. • Research best practices used by other cities and identify opportunities to strengthen litter abatement strategies, policies, codes, and ordinances • Build partnerships with other organizations to promote and strengthen the City’s beautification efforts, such as tree–planting and mural–installation projects. • Identify proactive and creative methods for preventing litter.
