TRANSLATION-8315 - USA (Ohio) - Written Translation Services - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide written translation services. – Provide multi–language document translation and proofreading services, for Limited English Proficient (LEP) consumers in agency.– Provide translation services for high quality document translation of foreign language–to–English and English–to–foreign language internal and external documents.• The documents may vary in formats, it may also include checking computer translated documents:– Translation, editing and proof–reading documents (forms, letters, other documents as needed.– The provider will be responsible for the delivery and receipt of work in electronic format.– Provider must have personnel who have the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to translate forms, letters, brochure and other documents from English to a foreign language and from a foreign language to English.– Services shall be available during normal business hours unless there is an emergency (i.e. same day turnaround) request.– Completed document translation will be returned to HCJFS staff within (seven) 7 working days unless request for expedited service.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
