(1) Vendor needs to provide critical energy infrastructure needs assessment and implementation plan service to the government authority located in Nome, AK. – Inventory of existing energy infrastructure within participating communities, including power generation facilities, utility distribution systems, renewable energy assets, backup power systems, and other critical energy infrastructure.– Identify and prioritize vulnerabilities in existing energy infrastructure, including the physical assets, operational capacity, power and distribution systems, emergency preparedness, etc.– Evaluate infrastructure exposure to flooding, erosion, permafrost degradation, storm impacts, and other extreme weather conditions.– Provide a proposed travel plan and estimated travel costs for site visits to regional communities, as necessary, to gather updated facility information in a cost–effective and efficient manner.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
