Vendor needs to provide electronic records archiving and records management services. – Provide electronic records archiving services. Services may include electronic records storage, migration, indexing, metadata, retention management, search and retrieval, and related technical support.– The successful Contractor shall provide an electronic records archiving solution capable of:• Secure electronic records storage;• Records migration and import;• Search and retrieval;• Indexing and metadata;• Records retention management;• Legal hold capability;• User access controls;• Audit trails;• Backup and disaster recovery;• Records export and portability; and• Training and technical support.
