(1) Vendor needs to provide fee accountant service to the government authority located in Orlando, FL. – To provide full–time onsite Fee accounting services.– Perform the monthly and year–end closing function for the Finance department.– Prepare journal entries for each of the housing programs.– Review all transactions in all areas of the housing authority.– Perform close–out for the fiscal year to include, but not limited to, final trial balance, bank reconciliations, reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts, year–end journal entries, andpreparation of the Financial Data Schedule– Prepare monthly Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) utilization.– Track Capital Fund Program (CFP) expenditures.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
