CSE-24369 - USA (Rockville, Maryland) - Security Officer Services - Deadline September 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security officer services to the government authority located in Rockville, MD.– Security officer force management at a diverse range of government facilities – including public safety buildings, administrative offices, service centers, shelters, and public–facing operational sites – all of which require consistent, professional, and reliable security coverage.– A licensed, uniformed, and highly professional security services firm capable of delivering a robust, visible, and comprehensive security program. – This security management system, including all hardware and software. – The system will need to incorporate all the features the County requires in a mobile and web–based system and includes: – Electronic incident management that is web based and capable of sending real time notification of predetermined incidents and critical information. – Provide a watch tour reporting system that is web based and incorporates real time GPS tracking of security officers while they are conducting their tours along with real time notification of predetermined incidents or causes of concern. – Monitor security alarm and closed–circuit television equipment for possible breaches of security and when needed, follow the County–approved procedures. – Answer requests for information from visitors and employees and direct them as necessary in a polite and courteous manner. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 26, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 04, 2026.
