(1) Vendor needs to provide accounting and financial statement preparation services to the government authority located in Long Island, NY.– Preparation of the financial statements of the corporation, including the statement of net position and the governmental funds balance sheet and the related statements of activities and statement of revenues, expenditures, and changes in fund balances for periods ending 12/31/26, 12/31/27 and 12/31/28 and the related management’s discussion and analysis and notes to the financial statements.– Working with and responding to requests from the corporation’s auditors.(2) A contract period will be for three years.
