(1) Vendor needs to provide airport ambassador program service to the government authority located in Tamuning, GU. – Provide airport ambassador program is to provide multilingual, roving, passenger assistance in the passenger processing areas through ambassadors.– Ambassadors will be the primary representatives to meet, greet, interpret and offer assistance such as directing, organizing and setting up passenger queuing for efficient flow, review passenger forms and ensure entry forms (electronic or paper), are accurately completed for presentation to inspection officers.– Ambassador program will be the primary support to inspection officials in facilitating passengers through queues and to inspection booths.– Provide ambassadors to service all regularly scheduled flights 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to include all holidays and weekends.– Develop work schedules to ensure all flights are serviced as identified in the official monthly flight schedule, published in advance of each month.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
