HRIS / Payroll Solution

A fundamental requirement for Boone County Fiscal Court is to provide the highest level of service, accuracy, and compliance in payroll and HR related processes. To that end, the County desires to implement the best HRIS product available to meet the needs of our HR department as well as employees and managers. The County seeks proposals from vendors to implement and provide a comprehensive payroll system and full support for operation and administration (HRIS). This RFQ also includes an alternative bid for the Boone County Sheriff for an HRIS system to include time and attendance. The intention is for the Sheriff to be a subsidiary on the Boone County Fiscal Court account but separate entity as they have their own unique FEIN, policy and needs from the system.
