PM-24065 - USA (Trenton, New Jersey) - Front End Mail Receipt and Pre-Processing Services - Deadline December 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide front end mail receipt and pre–processing services to the government authority located in Trenton, NJ. – Provide mail and documents pre–processing services for the department of the treasury, division of revenue and enterprise services.– Mail receipt and document pre–processing services set the stage for accurate and timely processing of the state’s mission, critical paper mail receipts and revenue streams.– This includes approximately 7 million mail receipts and nearly 5 million checks per year.– Responsible for expeditiously receiving, opening, sorting, screening, boxing, transferring, and preparing mail items received enable subsequent electronic document scanning, data capture and revenue deposit operations.– Responsible for the orderly boxing of prepared mail items to designated state processing.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 14, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
