CLEANING-14280 - USA (Aurora, Illinois) - Janitorial Services - Deadline November 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Aurora, IL. – Services shall include, but are not limited to:A. Routine Janitorial Services.B. Emergency and Special Event (trainings) Services.– Clean, sanitize, and polish all fixtures and surfaces including toilet seats and bowls, urinals, sinks, mirrors and vanity cabinets.– Clean and sanitize all flush rights, drain and over–flow outlets.– Clean and polish all chrome fittings during.– Flush toilet bowls and urinals with a bowl disinfectant.– Strip and clean all soil and soap scum in shower area weekly.– Wash glaze tile weekly.– Restock all supplies.– Clean and polish all chrome fittings daily.– Clean and sanitize all toilet seats twice daily.– Flush toilet bowls and urinals with a bowl disinfectant daily.– Strip and clean all soil and soap scum in shower area daily.– Wash glaze tile weekly but spot clean daily.– All walls and dividers are to be cleaned and sanitized weekly and spot cleaned daily.– Sweep and damp mop all floors and sanitize daily.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Mandatory pre–bid site visit will be held on October 29, 2026.
