(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document digitization, indexing and quality control services. • Provide turnkey document digitization, electronic storage, and secure destruction services for approximately 3,000 boxes of records• Scan documents at a minimum of 300 DPI• Create searchable PDF files• Apply OCR technology• Scan single–sided and double–sided documents• Provide folder–level indexing at a minimum• Correct scanning or indexing errors at no additional cost• Cloud Repository: Web–based access.• Searchable documents and metadata• Data encryption in transit and at rest• Records retention and destruction
