(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising, public relations and media buying services.– Provide innovative, professional services and strategic recommendations to the district in the performance.– Annual Spare The Air Campaign to increase air quality awareness throughout the summer while also alerting the public with an immediate advertising appeal to reduce driving during periods of unhealthy air quality.– Campaign may include, but is not limited to:– Advertising production, planning and placement– Social and online media– Development and production of collateral materials– Air quality public outreach– Surveys (upon request)– Website maintenance and daily and episodic email and SMS notifications.– Maintain and update two program websites (Spare The Air and Scooter’s World).– Maintain application programming interface (API) integration.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16,2026.
