(1) Vendor needs to provide design services to the government authority located in Camarillo, CA.    – Develop project design and anticipated construction schedule and provide bi–weekly schedule updates throughout the duration of the project design.– Provide engineering services, including evaluation and design of striping configurations and other related traffic control improvements, as required.– Project management to ensure design and construction schedules are met as required.– Geotechnical and materials testing services.– Design support during bidding and construction.– Traffic engineering and related services.– Design review.  (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
