(1) Vendor needs to provide prescription drug monitoring database for controlled substances tracking system. – To procure a fully managed Software–as–a–Service (SaaS) solution for the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program system, including, hosting, maintenance, security, compliance, and enhancement services.– The SaaS solution must meet all applicable federal and state requirements for data privacy, system availability, and interoperability with state systems. – The solution for the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program system must be a secure, statewide electronic system that collects and transmits data on controlled substance prescriptions dispensed – It must support the programmatic goals of reducing misuse and improving prescribing practices, and provide the technical infrastructure needed to exchange data with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and interstate partners. – To provide a comprehensive SaaS solution that includes hosting, maintenance, support, and enhancement services. – The system must support secure data collection and storage, real–time access, peer comparison reports, and interstate data sharing.– Compliance with Laws, Regulations, and Policies – Application Services and Data Management – Change, Configuration, and Release Management – Testing and Validation – Infrastructure Hosting and Support (Informational) (2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
