Demolition and Construction of Wood Court Commercial Structures

Richland County (the County) is seeking to hire a General Contractor to oversee the demolition of Commercial Structures, and construction of one exterior wall. This project has a cap of $275,000. The General Contractor will be responsible for hiring DHES licensed sub-contractors to perform the Project Design and Air Monitoring. General Contractor will be responsible for ensuring DHES (DHEC) guidelines are followed as it pertains to the demolition of the structures and construction of one exterior wall. The General Contractor will also be responsible for ensuring that all Richland County Scope of Service requirements are met. This is a grant funded project for Slum & Blight Removal and Public Facility Improvements.
