(1) Vendor needs to provide tourism marketing services. – The foundational marketing infrastructure establishing a distinct destination brand, launching a dedicated tourism website, producing a four–season content library, standing up organic social media channels, and running a pilot marketing campaign. – Final approved logo suite (primary, secondary, monochrome, reversed, favicon) in all standard file formats.– A single pilot digital advertising campaign to build baseline performance data, generate initial measurable visitation lift for the shoulder season, and produce learnings to inform the larger paid program.– Provide mapping and itinerary tools for trails, points of interest, and local businesses, with mobile–optimized routing where feasible.– Website development and events calendar. – Social media launch and organic management.– Brand positioning and messaging framework.– Brand development.– Four–season content production.– SEO and AI foundation.– Pilot marketing campaign.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one years.
