CONS-24662 - USA (Boulder, Colorado) - Irrigation Systems and Landscape Improvements Service - Deadline November 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide irrigation systems and landscape improvements service to the government authority located in Boulder, CO.• Phase 1 (Pre–Design/Concept Design, Schematic Design, and Design Development):– Consultant will perform professional services as identified in SC5.1 agreement.– Consultant team will review and evaluate potential project methods and project sites, including the use of the previously completed 2015 Raw Water Irrigation System Master Plan – Much of the agency campus area is not only within the floodplain but also High Hazard and Conveyance Zones. As such, it is anticipated that this will be factored into the project site selection and potentially further design phases. – Existing and future development (including buildings, utilities, landscape features, rights–of–ways, etc.).– Necessary site size to accommodate irrigation storage via pond or vessel, assuming a maximum of (3) days of water storage.– Consultant to design for both existing–state irrigation needs and future–state irrigation needs (using the 2021 Campus Master Plan for future–state).– Presentation materials and graphics will be prepared by consultant at each phase for review by the Design Review Board.– The two site options will be developed through Concept Design. At the conclusion of Concept Design, CU will select a preferred concept for the consultant to carry forward through the remaining design phases. – Schematic Design and Design Development may include a solution with a phased approach to incorporating raw water irrigation across the agency site. – At the end of Design Development, the consultant will prepare a cost estimate of the approved design.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.
