(1) Vendor needs to provide credible mentor services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Services will be delivered through a structured, cohort–based model and include one–to–one and group mentoring, classroom engagement and behaviour support, conflict mediation and de–escalation, crisis response during nontraditional hours, and family/community engagement that supports stabilization and violence reduction outcomes.– Deliver Credible Mentor services that foster cognitive behavioural transformation and strengthen family/community supports. Core components include: – Daily one to one/group mentoring;  Organic classroom engagement; – Participant engagement – Individualized safety plans; – Family/community stakeholder engagement; – Transition and Retention Support, and – 24/7 crisis response.
