(1) Vendor needs to provide animal shelter management and operation services to the government authority located in Salina, KS. – Administer and operate consistent and uniform procedures and processes that promote the health and safety of all animals, staff, volunteers, the public, and law enforcement.– Maintain adequate staffing levels to carry out all responsibilities under the contract.– Accept all animals brought into the shelter by city of salina animal control representatives in connection with animal violations or quarantine for animal bites.– Collect and account for all fees associated with shelter operations.
