(1) Vendor needs to provide identity management, governance and role based access controls modernization services.– Assess the current originating identity provider model across Workday and Microsoft Entra ID.– Analyze identity data, attributes, identifiers, organization codes, and identity relationships between workday and Entra.– Produce an identity hygiene and data remediation plan with priorities, ownership, and recommended timelines.– Workday and Entra mismatch identification and gap remediation.– Microsoft Entra ID and active directory identity architecture.– Just–in–time provisioning and enablement within originating identity providers.– Governance and identity lifecycle management support.– Business process mapping and workflow design.– Map application access requirements to standardized enterprise roles and authoritative identity attributes.– PeopleSoft dependency and provisioning migration support.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 14,2026.
