(1) Vendor needs to provide infrastructure owners representative services to the government authority located in Denver, CO.– Provide on–call owner's representative, design management, cost estimating, and construction management services to support the successful planning, delivery, and oversight of managed capital improvement projects.– Providing independent technical expertise, project management, and strategic guidance from project initiation through construction and closeout.– Assist with project scoping, development of project budgets and schedules, procurement strategy,consultant and contractor selection, design coordination, independent cost estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, risk assessment, schedule analysis, permitting coordination, and stakeholder communication.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
