(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits brokerage and consulting services to the government authority located in Springfield, MO. – Provide employee benefits brokerage and consulting services for the group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and related employee benefit programs. – Provides a comprehensive employee benefits package to eligible employees and is committed to maintaining competitive, cost–effective benefit offerings that support employee recruitment, retention, and well–being.– Health insurance is tiered, with rates for individual, employee and spouse, employee and children, and employee and family.– Provide strategic consulting, market analysis, carrier negotiations, employee communications, compliance support, and annual renewal services.– Employees currently have one health insurance option through a self–insured plan.– Strategic benefits consulting.– Marketing and carrier services.– Employee communication and education.– Compliance assistance.– COBRA guidance.– ACA compliance guidance(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
