(1) Vendor needs to provide demolition services to the government authority located in Wallingford, CT. – Asbestos Containing Materials remediation shall be conducted prior to the demolition of the structure and contaminated materials shall be segregated and disposed of in accordance with all laws and regulations– Hazardous Materials shall be disposed of in accordance with all laws and regulations– Contractor shall protect existing perimeter fencing, trees and public sidewalk throughout demolition.– Install necessary erosion control and sedimentation control prior to commencing demolition activities.– No work, materials, debris or equipment are to be stored or placed outside of the property line.– Demolish and remove from the site all portions of the house, including the attached garage.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
