Die ausgeschriebene Leistung ist in zwei Lose aufgeteilt, um u.a. mittelständische Interesse bei der Vergabe der öffentlichen Aufträge zu berücksichtigen. Die Bieter haben die Möglichkeit, sich auf alle Lose zu bewerben. Das erste Los umfasst 1.356 Wohnungen und 2 Gewerbeeinheiten. Das zweite Los umfasst 1.006 Wohnungen und 17 Gewerbeeinheiten.
