EXTRA-73399 - USA (Valencia, Florida) - External Grant Evaluator Services - Deadline September 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide external grant evaluator services to the government authority located in Valencia, FL.– Advise the College in all aspects of planning for the development of the independent evaluation by coordinating with College program personnel and partners on creation of an evaluation plan, budget, and budget narrative.– Provide assistance in determining data tracking and collection needs, setting appropriate and measurable outcome projections and measures, and a plan for using data for continuous improvement and effectiveness of the project.– Comply with regulations regarding Institutional Review Board (IRB) procedures as applicable and use of confidential information for data collection and evaluation– Provide consultation and technical assistance via telephone, email, video–conferencing and onsite regarding the evaluation of the grant project(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
