(1) Vendor needs to provide capital improvement plan project services to the government authority located in Waterford, MI.– Provide consulting, project management, planning, surveying, and engineering services to provide resiliency evaluations of Township facilities, the development of engineered plans to address the continued flooding of the Township Campus retention pond, and manage the development of a Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and process for the Township.• Ability to maintain emergency operations during storm events. • Availability of emergency shelter locations and notification systems. • Barrier–Free assessments. • Identification of flood risks. • Identification of other public safety risks. • Written report of all findings identifying deficiencies. • Cost and time estimates for corrections. • Topographic survey. • Civil engineering plans. • Grading and drainage plans. • Utility coordination plans.
