(1) Vendor needs to provide workers’ compensation Third–Party Administration (TPA) services. – Provide service–focused Third–Party Administrator (TPA) to workers’ compensation claims administration and related services.– TPA will assume responsibility for all existing claims (open and closed) and all new claims.– Claim management software should provide a claim description, financial data, and ad hoc reports on claims using criteria such as reserves, paid, indemnity, etc.– Maintain claim files that are available for review by the city at any time during the TPA’s regular business hours.– Provide guidance and information regarding workers’ compensation benefits to city employees through the claims process.– Identify and pursue suspected abuse of workers’ compensation program or potential fraud.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.
