(1) Vendor needs to provide sponsorship facilitation services.1. Sponsorship program assessment:– Review existing sponsorship packages and pricing.– Evaluate sponsorship inventory.– Provide strategic recommendations.2. Sponsorship strategy development:– Develop annual sponsorship strategy.– Expand sponsorship inventory through contacts and deliverables.– Develop sponsor retention strategies.3. Sponsorship sales and business development:– Research prospects.– Conduct meetings between the city and potential sponsors.– Develop packages and proposals tailored to various levels of interest.– Secure sponsorship commitments.4. Marketing coordination:– Assist in the creation of promotional content that highlights sponsors.5. Event coordination:– Attend planning meetings if necessary.– Support event–day sponsor needs if necessary.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 04, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
