(1) Vendor needs to provide pickleball courts design services to the government authority located in Marion, IA.– Provide planning, public engagement, design, bidding assistance, and construction administration services.– Review available surveys, GIS information, utility information, and City standards.– Perform sufficient field survey to determine location, elevation, configurations, sizes or any other pertinent data of existing features within the project area in sufficient detail as necessary to prepare the construction plans– Evaluate site opportunities and constraints.– Identify utility conflicts and infrastructure needs.– Evaluate ADA accessibility requirements.– Prepare an Existing Conditions and Opportunities Summary.– Meet with City staff to review findings.– Present findings to the Park Board.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 22, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
