Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Ohio.– All labor (3 person minimum), material, equipment, and supervision to perform complete janitorial and window cleaning services to be rendered five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday, after normal office hours, except legal holidays. – Service will include all areas of the Court/Administration Building (with the exception of the Boiler Room); Police Division; Water/Tax/Finance area; Parks/Recreation, Streets and Water Distribution Buildings.
