(1) Vendor needs to provide water assistance program admin service to the government authority located in Shreveport, LA.– The Agency is seeking qualified non–profit and community–based organizations to administer services, under the Shreveport Water Assistance Program, a Water & Sewer Department funded assistance program designed to provide support to qualifying utility customers.– Program Administration– Receive and process participant applications and supporting documentation;– Verify applicant eligibility in accordance with program guidelines established by the City.– Maintain organized participant files and records.– Coordinate directly with Water & Sewer Department staff regarding applicant status, approvals, denials, and program participation.– Recordkeeping & Reporting– Maintain accurate records of all participant interactions, applications, approvals, denials, and services provided.– Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Water & Sewer Department detailing program activity, participation levels, and related metrics.– Maintain confidentiality of all customer information and records in accordance with applicable laws and policies.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
