(1) Vendor needs to provide fiduciary outside legal counsel service to the government authority located in Austin, Texas. – Outside counsel is necessary and approved, legal and compliance division has primary responsibility to seek, manage, monitor, and coordinate the provision of legal services by outside counsel.– Fiduciary Counsel should have experience with public pension system and institutional investor legal concerns.– provide legal services and advice concerning Texas law, regardless of whether the attorney is actually located.– Fiduciary counsel is selected by the Board in its sole discretion.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 01, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
