(1) Vendor needs to provide online payment and donation processing solutions.– Comprehensive online payment solutions that can support fees, events, meals, forms, registrations, donations, fundraising, and other school–related payments through a centralized platform serving district schools, departments, students, parents and guardians, staff, and community members.– Identify vendors capable of providing comprehensive online payment and donation processing services.– Understand current industry capabilities and best practices.– Identify available payment–processing models.– Understand how vendors structure transaction and service fees.– Determine how processing fees may be assessed to the district and end users.– Identify available integrations with student information systems and financial systems.– Understand security, privacy, and compliance capabilities.– Identify implementation and migration requirements.– Determine the level of administrative and reporting functionality available.– Understand customer and family payment experiences.– Identify potential opportunities for district–wide expansion.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
