(1) Vendor needs to provide renovations services to the government authority located in Scottsdale, AZ. – Make site improvements and renovation to a satellite day care site at agency.– Renovation of an existing classroom and adjacent resource room to accommodate a new satellite day care center for agency students, managed by agency, approximately 1,500 sf.• Renovation scope includes:– Demolition of existing spaces.– New opening to connect the two rooms.– New lighting, ceilings, paint and flooring.– New casework, changing station/s with sink and food prep area with sink.– New Staff unisex restroom.– Refrigerator and Microwave.– New lactation room.– Storage/ Laundry room.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 13, 2026.
