(1) Vendor needs to provide screening wall maintenance service to the government authority located in Mesquite, TX.– Supplemental Specifications• Item 1 Mobilization per authorized work order• Item 2 Emergency mobilization with 24–hour response• Item 3 Traffic control and barricades per authorized work order• Item 4 Remove and replace damaged brick wall panel• Item 5 Remove and replace damaged brick column• Item 6 Remove and replace column cap • Item 7 Remove and replace footing/ foundation/ pier• Item 8 Provide and install brick panel support angle• Item 9 Tuckpoint and repoint existing masonry• Item 10 Remove and replace concrete mow strip(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 26, 2026.
