(1) Vendor needs to provide fixed and mobile automated license plate reader systems to the government authority located in San Bernardino, CA. – Provide ten (10) Fixed Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) Systems, and four (4) mobile, vehicle mounted ALPR Camera Systems• Ten (10) fixed/quick–deploy ALPR camera systems:– Fixed or rapid deploy ALPR Camera System.– Pole–mounted.– Solar powered.– Capable of continuous 24 hours a day, 7days a week continuous operation.– High–resolution capture in varied lighting and weather conditions.– Remote system monitoring and management capability.– Secure mounting and tamper–resistant design.• Four (4) Mobile ALPR Camera Systems (One system = Four (4) Vehicle–mounted cameras):– Vehicle–mounted ALPR system capable of real–time license plate recognition.– High–speed image capture (day or night, and infrared capable).– All cameras to support 360° view and footage capture.– Optical character recognition conversion with high accuracy rate.– Real–time alerting against hot lists.– GPS tagging and time–stamped metadata capture.– Integration with mobile data terminals.– Wireless data transmission (cellular/LTE/5G).– Ruggedized for law enforcement patrol use.• Software and data management platform: – The operating and security software systems for the Fixed and Mobile ALPR systems shall be based on one of the following platforms: Axon Enterprise, Flock Safety and Motorola Solutions/Vigilant• System integration and interoperability.• Installation and deployment.• Training.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
