CONS-22238 - USA (Goochland, Virginia) - Professional Engineering and Consulting Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering and consulting services to the government authority located in Goochland, VA.– Planning–level document that establishes a long–range vision for the County’s roadway and multimodal network, including implementation guidance.– The Consultant shall develop a project management plan (PMP) to outline planning team organization, roles and responsibilities, planning schedule, understanding of planning effort, coordination and communication procedures, document and graphics formatting protocols, filing protocols, and close–out procedures.– The County is also developing a new Strategic Plan. – The Consultant will be expected to understand the new Strategic Plan and ensure the Major Thoroughfare Plan aligns with the new Strategic Plan.– The Consultant will map natural and man–made constraints within the study area to support the later evaluation of the feasibility of proposed alignments.– This will include an understanding of the recently adopted Courthouse Small Area Plan and any planned developments. – The Consultant will identify areas of the County that will contribute significant traffic to the road network.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
