(1) Vendor needs to provide flea market showcase services to the government authority located in Jackson, TN.– Manager will oversee a minimum of 10 market events per calendar year, held on the first weekend of each month.– Keep the fairgrounds active with a safe, clean, and reliable monthly market for local residents.– Meet this objective, the City requires an operator who can maintain consistent operating hours, follow municipal safety standards, and handle day–to–day market management professionally.– Responsible for turning the market into a well–attended, profitable event. This includes recruiting vendors, coordinating booth layouts, handling customer service, running event promotions, and enforcing venue rules and city policies(2) The contract period will be for one year.
