(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal decarbonization program service to the government authority located in Lakewood, CO. • Develop a consistent framework that can be used to evaluate emissions reduction strategies across all relevant City operations• Identify available funding and financing opportunities to support project costs, including rebates, grants, and other incentives• Review existing City studies, audits, assessments, engineering reports, facility condition assessments, fleet analyses, and planning documents; identify information gaps and recommend additional assessments only where necessary to support roadmap development.• Develop a project schedule and facilitate project management activities, including kickoff, progress, coordination, and closeout meetings.• Emissions reduction estimates per action to demonstrate 2050 net–zero goal• Recommended efficiency, electrification and renewables measures and timeline for each facility • Sequencing and phasing projects through 2050 are based on emissions reduction potential, asset condition, operational considerations, and lifecycle replacement schedules.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
