(1) Vendor needs to provide actuarial valuation services for other post–employment benefits to the government authority located in Festus, MO.– Provide actuarial valuation services for the City’s Other Post–Employment Benefits (OPEB) program• A GASB 75 actuarial valuation of the City’s OPEB plan(s) for retiree health, dental, and vision benefits;• All required actuarial calculations, schedules, notes, and supporting disclosures for financial reporting• Consultation with City staff regarding census data, plan provisions, assumptions, and valuation results• Assistance with auditor questions related to the valuation report• Optional pricing for future annual updates and/or full valuations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
