DISPOS-10055 - USA (Murfreesboro, Tennessee) - Lake Intake Sediment and Debris Removal Service - Deadline November 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide lake intake sediment and debris removal service to the government authority located in Murfreesboro, TN.• Intake Sediment and Debris Removal: All sediment, debris, and other foreign materials submerged within the intake structure and on the river side of the intake shall be removed.• The river side of the intake shall be thoroughly cleared of all foreign materials, including, but not limited to, sticks, tree limbs, trash, and any other materials that could potentially obstruct or cause blockage to the intake. – Sediment may be discharged into a sediment–filtering sock or by another approved method capable of effectively containing and capturing the sediment• The Contractor shall account for these existing conditions when developing the means and methods, equipment requirements, sediment containment procedures, and disposal plan for the work.• The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and other items necessary to remove, contain, transport, and discharge the sediment and debris to a holding area agreed upon by the Contractor and the City.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
