(1) Vendor needs to provide security services to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN.• Providing customer service and public–facing support to visitors and guests• Security and monitoring property and client assets• Implementing and executing crowd–management plans• Responding to emergency and non–emergency situations– Security officer shall mean a licensed and bonded employee of the consultant who will perform functions including, but not limited to access–control, loss prevention, asset protection, marshaling yard exhibitor unload and load management, primarily on a part–time, event, and intermittent basis– Event Security Officer – This position is non–supervisory and reports to the Event Supervisor during scheduled events– Armed security officer – this position shall mean a security officer who wears, carries, possesses or has access to a firearm while performing services at the. security and armed security officers shall not carry weapons other than firearms, including nightsticks, batons, asps, chemical weapons, electronic incapacitation devices or other immobilization weapons or equipment, while performing services– Security Patrol Officer– Event Supervisor– Police Officer– Events Manager– 24/7 Manager etc.(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on August 14, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
