(1) Vendor needs to provide State Pilot Program Service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • Program is to strengthen and expand the state system’s ability to provide integrated, evidence–based substance use disorder (SUD) and maternal mental health services for pregnant and postpartum women (PPW) and their families.• Enhance the state’s flexibility to use funds designed to support family–based services to improve maternal and infant health outcomes by addressing co–occurring substance use and mental health conditions through comprehensive screening, treatment, recovery supports, and workforce development in a non–residential setting. • Reduce substance use, overdose, and suicide risk among pregnant and postpartum women.• Increase access to timely, integrated treatment and recovery supports.• Improve abstinence and sustained recovery outcomes.• Prevent the initiation of substance use during pregnancy.• Enhance infant health and family stability.
