DRA-11567 - USA (Allegheny, Pennsylvania) - Marketing Feasibility Study Service - Deadline October 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing feasibility study service to the government authority located in Allegheny, PA. – A comprehensive evaluation of county–owned assets to identify opportunities to generate market–based revenues through sales, sponsorships, naming rights, advertising, partnerships, licensing, concessions, and other appropriate commercial arrangements.– An independent feasibility study to determine which assets may have marketable revenue potential, the nature and magnitude of that potential, and the appropriate strategies and structures for pursuing those opportunities while protecting the county's public mission and interests.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
