(1) Vendor needs to provide leadership development consultant services to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA.– Services may include confidential one–on–one mentoring, executive coaching, leadership transition support, leadership curriculum delivery, executive team facilitation, succession planning support, culture–change consultation, mentoring system development, and assessment of leadership development needs.– The consultant should work with personnel at all leadership levels, including prospective future leaders, field training personnel, first–line supervisors, mid–level managers, command staff, executive leadership, and civilian managers, where appropriate.– Develop a sustainable leadership ecosystem that helps leaders become more effective in their current roles, transitional successfully to new roles, identify real or perceived obstacles, improve supervisory judgement (regardless or rank or assignment) and strengthen organizational trust.(2) A non–mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 28, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
