NET-17121 - USA (Los Angeles, California) - Watthour Meters and Wireless Communication Service - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide watthour meters and wireless communication services for advanced metering infrastructure to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA. – Provide bidirectional communication through an ANSI type 2 communication interface port to enable programming and reading of the meter. – The meters shall be designed, constructed, and tested to meet all the applicable requirements of ANSI C12.1, as last revised, including ANSI C12.18, ANSI C12.19, ANSI C12.20 and ANSI C12.22 equivalent, except as modified herein.– The communications network shall be an existing national public wide area network with network coverage.– The network operations shall be running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year to ensure maximum data integrity and accessibility.– The communication network and its instructions will be evaluated by conducting a field site survey to determine operational coverage of the communication network.– Meter communication network access and network instructions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
