(1) Vendor needs to provide independent audit services to the government authority located in California. • Provide independent financial statement audit of the organization in accordance with applicable professional standards and providing management with recommendations concerning internal controls, accounting procedures, financial reporting, and grant compliance.• Statement of financial position.• Statement of activities.• Statement of functional expenses.• Statement of cash flows.• Notes to the financial statements.• Evaluation of internal controls relevant to financial reporting.• Review of grant and restricted–fund accounting and related documentation.• Consideration of applicable governmental grant and federal award requirements.• Evaluation of opening balances and historical records as necessary to complete the audit.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
