CONS-21640 - USA (Atlanta, Georgia) - Olympic Cauldron Installation Service - Deadline July 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide Olympic cauldron installation service to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.        – Provide construction, restoration, fabrication, relocation, and installation services associated with the Olympic cauldron relocation and installation project.– Removal and storage of 22 wood planks and replacement with suitable decking.– Electrical to be provided for the Cauldron LP Gas controls, and lighting for the cauldron and granite podiums.– The exterior walls of the vault will be battered with a granite stone veneer and granite trim around all four sides.– Mount LED lighting strip mounted in hidden locations to illuminate base elements, and cauldron above.– Revision of “right to enter“ language to access the cauldron.– Cleaning and polishing of interpretive metal panels at the base of the tower.– Preparation of operations and maintenance manual.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.         (3) A Mandatory pre–proposal site visits will be held on June 23, 2026.
